Nike Get HelP Articles
As a contract worker at Nike, I worked as a digital content writer for two years. During this time, I created articles that focused on resolving consumer questions about the Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club apps. This translated into self-assist content that can be found on Nike's Get Help website, as well as internal-facing content used globally by employees to help consumers. With the data provided from the SEO manager, I devised articles based on what consumers were searching. This also taught me the importance of developing copy based on SEO best practices-- meaning consumers could find the content easier. While balancing my day-to-day workload, I also had the pleasure of taking on additional work to help the learning and development team. In a period of four months, I collaborated closely with a multitude of teams from various parts of the business to craft mobile-friendly, easily digestible learning materials. This opportunity allowed me to work with different authoring tools and publish content in an interactive and engaging manner. My experience at Nike provided me with the skills to write adhering to a brand voice across multiple platforms, condense information down to understandable copy, and use data to inform my decisions.
